Our handmade police batons and billy clubs are made from the highest grade material available. We visual check each piece before during and after the turning and finishing process. This greatly reduces the defective pieces shipped in the event you receive a piece that is defective do to Workmanship. You must do the following

1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order

2. Explain in writing what the defective is. (size, bad finish, etc.)

3. Return the piece via USPS for replacement you will receive a credit on your account for shipping if we find the piece is in fact defective.

WCWT is not and will not be held liable for damage caused to the piece from it being misused or abuse. Please remember that the batons and billy clubs we sell are WOOD and can brake or be damaged if not cared for. Do not use as a pry bar. If the piece gets wedged and is forced it can be damaged or brake. This is not workmanship defect and will not be replaced.

Pens and Pencils

Our Handmade pens and pencil are made from the highest grade material available and offer a 1 year conditional warranty. The pens and pencils are not water proof and ALL warranties are void if found to have water damage. West Coast Wood Turnings is known as WCWT herein. WCWT is committed to protecting our Customers Right to Privacy and will NEVER SELL, SHARE or RENT our customers private information with any 3rd party company or disclose any information pertaining to our customers transactions.

Our customers can rest assure that the only information westcoastwoodturning.com collects is for processing orders and if the customer opts for our newsletter (sent out quarterly). Credit card information or other financial information is not usually known to the website. In the event that it is made known, that information is never revealed to anyone except to processing authorities or law enforcement agencies. Plus, the provider of such information gives us express permission to use it in fraud investigation and for litigation. WCWT takes pride in keeping our Customers Private and Sensitive Information Safe and Secure from any other source or company. 

Spam Policy:

WCWT has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy concerning spam emails. Spamming has hurt the credibility of all Internet Businesses for some time now and it is NOT a concept that westcoastwoodturning.com follows or believes in. WCWT will never send out unsolicited emails to our customers, who never requested it. The only emails that you will receive from WCWT are as follows:

• After orders are placed through our online store.
• Receive confirmation of order.
• Shipping confirmation of order.
• Registration confirmation.
• When responding to our customer’s questions or suggestions addressed to one of our departments on our site.
• If our customer subscribes to our newsletter for special sales and promotions.
• If there is a problem concerning your order that was placed.

Customer Emails, Letters Or Testimonials:

When a customer contacts WCWT by email or mail, the information concerning your communication is collected to help improve customer service and/or the website. By communicating with WCWT, you grant us permission to collect, archive and otherwise use the information as the site sees fit. Any communication that WCWT, with sole discretion, deems to be a testimonial, may be publicized for commercial purposes.

Payments:

WCWT accepts MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, and PayPal payments through Propay.

WCWT Does Not accept Money Orders, Personal/Business Checks, Western Union Money Orders, due to fraud problems.

International Credit Card users must contact us at Sales@westcoastwoodturning.com before placing order.

Refunds:

All refunds or partial refunds for purchases made at Westcoastwoodturning.com will be made by Business Check. All purchases paid through PayPal, will be refunded through PayPal only. All drop shipped items will incur a 25% restock fee. Any refund amount will be issued to the person or company stated on the Billed To portion of the invoice only. Refunds for unavailable or out of stock items are normally processed within 24 hours of notice. Refunds for returned items are normally processed within 20 days of receiving the returned item(s) with the RA# or RMA number on the returned package, excluding Holidays and Weekends. Please read our Returns and Refusals policy below for any deductions that might occur.

Order Cancelations:

For order cancelation, WCWT must be notified via email prior to the shipping processing, usually within 1 to 4 hours of placing the order. All drop ship orders may not be canceled or changed within 12 hours of placing the order. This excludes Police batons, billy clubs, or custom/special items which can not be canceled and will receive store credit or exchange no refund will be automatically given.

Missing or Lost Items:

WCWT uses the most reliable shipping methods available (UPS, FEDEX,and USPS). Some packages may be delayed or lost for reasons out of our control. Please allow three business days beyond the anticipated delivery date before reporting any lost or missing shipments to us.

If you still have not received your product after this time, please contact us via email.

Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify and hold WCWT, and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the these terms, or your violation of any rights of another. Due to the dynamic driven content of the WCWT web site, posting errors can be made from time to time directly from the database. WCWT cannot be held liable for postings made by malfunction or system error. We continuously update our site weekly, but on occasion, 1 or more of your items might by temporary out of stock or no longer available. If this happens, we will immediately contact the supplier of the item(s) and inform the customer of the situation via email. If the item(s) are no longer available, we will refund the customers purchase price and any shipping charges related to their item(s) within 72 hours of contacting the supplier. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may bring, but we have no control over this matter.

System or Technical Errors:

WCWT tries to provide data about product and product packaging to the best of our ability. We provide product pictures and full description were available. WCWT cannot be held liable for system malfunctions or incorrect packaging information. Selling price may reflect single item, when in fact the product is packed as a set of more than one. This information is provided to WCWT by the manufacturer of the product. If a error occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to try and fix the problem.
