Try our amazing wine soaked oak smoking chips. All you need to do is soak the chip for a hour ahead of cooking. The chip are provided from a local farms and are very flavorful all of our logs are from punning and naturally fallen trees. Instructions as follows: 1. Soak a handful of chips in water for about 1 hour before cooking in a tin container. 2. When your ready to cook, place the chips on the grill (if using gas) or in the charcoal. 3. Sear the meat then place the lid on the grill (this creates a smoker like effect). 8 oz bag we sell 8 oz, 16 oz and by the pound.
